* Do not process my art with any AI tools (art style training, generative AI, chat bot avatars, etc.)* A commissioned piece is for your personal use only. You can print it for your personal use, reupload it on any social media platform with links to one of my active socials (listed at the top of the page).* You cannot make changes in the commission using AI tools or another artist after it is done. You cannot resell it, reproduce it to sell it commercially.* All rights to the commission I create belong exclusively to me. I reserve rights to post the commissioned artwork on my social media for self-promotion or advertisement, unless discussed otherwise.

* 100% upfront payment.* International payment is currently only via Lava.top (PayPal, card, Stripe). The service fee of 8% is included in the price.* Please send payment once you're requested to.* Time frame is 2-3 weeks since the moment I receive the payment. I inform you about the state of work OR send progress at least once a week.* A simple background is included in the price.

* The commission can be cancelled only if the payment has not been sent yet.* After the payment is recieved, refund request by you is not possible.* Before the payment is recieved, I have the right to reject commission.* If I reject the commission, I will refund a part of the payment based on the stage the commission is on.

If there is a specific cicrumstance, any clause can be changed via discussion to accomodate it.
